I'm a busy person but right now I've got a few hours to kill, There's still a ton of duplicates I'm deleting. I'd say i'm about 1/4 way through. Plus I'm also merging duplicate folders based on American translated names and Japanese names.

Be prepared for a 28Gb winRar file that holds 30Gb of images. I wish it compressed more to save some time...

There are at most 414 folders, 1 being 7k of Unorganized images and NSFW. Another Specifically for triple monitors, and a 3rd for Icons if you want to add some spice to your new 31,000 Image collection like I'm still working on.
