why are none of them wearing belts

the artist took the time to draw the belt loops, he obv has some reason why they decide to not wear belts

Well many are from WWII back then it was common in the army to wear suspenders (especially for officers) instead of belts.

Also suspenders were not in sight when somebody wore his uniform good so it was also a sign of prestige

Nowadays some officers still wear them but it is far less common then back them

But the in 4th pictutre there is a reason they are not wearing a belt OR suspenders this is because this represents that they have already faced enemies and that their uniform not in perfect state anymore represents this

She could handle the recoil just fine. The rifle is very heavy and absorbs a lot of recoil. The trick is that the rifle is very heavy. I don't see her being able to lift and effectively fire it.

Probably a dislocated shoulder if she isn't used to shoot with a .50 But if she's used to it then it shouldn't matter how high a cal it is because the weight of the gun is always calculated to a certain recoil otherwise the gun will instantly snap or break.

That is definitely one of the ways that the Marine Corps teaches to hold a weapon. There are multiple ways of hold a weapon and some people just have an easier time with different positions. Personally, I find it much easier to use the magazine well in the kneeling position since the weapon feels much more stable.

Holding a gun by the magwell isn't ideal. Your support hand should be farther up. Especially if you're firing an M82 from the shoulder. That girl would get knocked to her ass in that position.

I don't know about when you went through, but they were pretty adamant about not doing that. Most of my MCIs said that they personally preferred to grip the mag well, but for the sake of training we couldn't do that.
