It really depends on which are the most complete, and which apps you have. Find a handful that look good and have custom icons for all of your apps, and build your design off that. Most launchers and icon packs have features that convert non-supported apps into custom icons, but they never fit the aesthetic of the icon pack and always look like shit.

the only thing you need to improve on (if possible) is the background picture, as the image quality seems blurry compared to the rest of the phone, If it's not noticeable during operation then it's no big deal, it's just really blatant when viewing on a monitor.

It looks very cluttered, and the circle containing the time seems really out of place. Overall it doesn't really flow well together, I'd say maybe remove some of the text and consider moving the clock into the sky as the text will look better with a solid background.

I used Lightning Launcher, KWGT and Min icon pack only. Just colorized icons, card backgrounds took from Google app.

It's a widget. Card background you can choose from LL (Long tap -> Customize item -> Properties -> Box tab -> Normal and selected background; make sure to enable Expert mode in launcher settings, in General). Then you'll see the window i posted above. Card background is fourth in the center.
