I want this game to just be REmake 2.

I don't care though, even if they fuck up hard I will still like the game because I just love the game and want to play it on a different way (unless they fuck up like Survivor 2 levels of fucking up hard).

I would like something like REmake or RE0 with the Cold Fear camera.

But I thing we are getting Revelations gimmicks, or even worst RE2 in first person.

No ink ribbons. No knife. They're literally useless.

As far as saving goes infinite saves or whatever just not using ink ribbons.

I pretty much only want a fresh coat of paint + new areas, items, and puzzles. Oh and don't update the map system like in REmake. Part of the challenge is finding the items you need, and that becomes moot when the map tells you if you have exhausted all of items in each room/area. At the very least keep such a feature on babby mode.
My fear is they're going to make it fps and use the re engine.

Keep it in the style they used for the classic RE games. I'm hoping that RE3 somehow gets remade with this as part of the package, but I'm not expecting that at all. But it would be cool to see it happen since both aren't that different from one another.

i doubt the remake wouldn't be like the others.
the sales that came from the rerelease of REmake probably surprised the hell out of them and they probably want that to happen again because there are customers willing to pay for it.
capcom is all about money, let's just hope it benefits us as well in the end.
also they better add akuma just because.
