The Cyberdillo ads were all about how gross-out and weird it was. No idea what the game actually played like, looks like a janky FPS to me.

Loaded and Reloaded were going for that grimy, splattery, 90s comic book feeling. Like a Todd McFarlane kind of vibe. The boss of the 1st game, i remember, was even called "F.U.B." for Fat Ugly Boy.
