Has anyone played the Alex Kidd in Miracle World 2 fan game

I had not heard of it. I downloaded it just now, so I guess I'll give it a spin next time I fire up the old flashcart but not tonight.

The classy thing to do would have been integrating the Janken mechanics better into the gameplay somehow. Removing them only makes it even blander.
