Some people may remember the Nintendo vs. Tengen copyright lawsuit regarding unlicensed NES carts, but that was because Tengen copied Nintendo's software for the lockout chip (by requesting the info from the patent office) instead of reverse-engineering it

extreme owns the copyrights to Shubibinman so there's no legal issue, but for collectors going specifically for Nintendo licensed sets or something, then this wouldn't belong
