Blood has a Western shooter feel to it. It's not explicitly set there though. It's some weird alternate reality I guess. Caleb is a gunslinger though and has cowboy-esque weapons.

The game is shit. That's why nobody ever talks about it like the build engine games. It's a boring repetetive shit shooter with an animated video gimmick. Music is the best though.
