I just got a Sega Saturn yesterday, and this piece of shit was all it came with. How the fuck do you play this? It's like a weird music-themed space game, and it doesn't make any sense. Is there at least a good Sonic game on this console, or did I just waste $120?

You also need to get get the action replay disc off ebay. Upon inserting the cart and disc at exactly the same moment, a hidden gem library will be unlocked in the RAM, including Sonic 6. Hope this helps.
