The city in GTA2 is comfy as fuck. Make sure to play the game with the "dusk" setting for that dark cyberpunk feel.

Dusk setting enables lighting in game. Without it the game looks like shit. Liberty City in GTA 1 is very comfy(especially park) and has this 90's vibe. The same goes for GTA 3(which is semi-retro right now), Staunton island is comfy as hell

GTA 2 is very grotesque and post modernistic compared to other GTA's in art style. And concept art is just awesome
