Skate is better than Axel, but hard to use because he has odd hitboxes and almost no invincibility frames. But he has more fast and extremely high damage moves, and can throw in any direction.

It's right. I've been 1ccing this game for 15 years, arcade version obviously. If your reason for thinking it's wrong is because of infinites then realize that

1) Haggar can do an infinite too

2) Even without using an infinite Haggar is the best

Cody comes close, mostly because of offscreen knife spamming and being able to do the enemy offscreen disappearing glitch better than Haggar, but it doesn't matter. A GOOD Haggar is absolutely the best character. A shitty or mediocre or even above average Haggar is lower than Cody though. But an expert Haggar is #1 EASILY.

Everyone can do that. You do the normal combo-to-throw then do the down-up special during the initial frames of the throw. Works with either back or forward throw. It's most consistent with Mustapha and Jack. It's absolutely useless with Hannah because of how the game limits the number of hits before an enemy is knocked down. Hannah's down-up special does the brunt of its damage on the 4th hit but the 4th hit won't even hit, so the damage is actually worse than just doing the regular throw.

No it's not because of those two moves. It's because Mummy has ridiculously good reach and good hit boxes that can even anti-air the scuba Blanka faggots. All his other moves are good too.
