Does anyone have experience in buying arcade machines (and maybe more specifically an MVS). One popped up for sale near me and it's sort of my holy grail but I have a few qualms about it and have no real experience in this.
The listing I am looking at is a Dynamo cab which I understand based on some searching isn't original but the guts are a real MVS. Should I not worry as long as the monitor is the right size as the real thing?
Depends on what you're worried about

Lots of experience. Only things you should worry about is how well/if it works and how much the previous memester is going to overcharge you.
I wouldn't pay more than $300 unless it comes with some choice mvs carts. A dedicated MVS cab shouldn't run you more than $500.
Also check the monitor and make sure it's in good working order too. Any issues with the monitor, hard pass on it, it's not worth the hassle.
