It's alright. Like most Treasure games, it's visually charming but has lots of weird bugs and wonky gameplay elements that don't feel entirely fleshed out.

What bugs have you seen? I've been playing the game for years and I can't recall running into any.

I think Gunstar Heroes is extremely well-fleshed out. The game feels like a true labor of love and you can tell the team that made it had lots of creativity. I even liked the infamous dice level as a kid though now I see how it can be irritating. The only real issue I have is that some of the weapons are poorly balanced in the higher difficulties.

thirding source for where does Gunstar Heroes have any bugs, I haven't encountered any. Same with most other Treasure games, they have tight gameplay and no bugs that I could find, but if you have any source explaining where are these bugs, I'll be interested on reading about it.
