What's best for your skills? What helps develop most consistency?

Playing for several years is better, but 1 hour is a bit too low, 2-3 sounds like the perfect time. Grinding 10 hours a day will make you hate the game imo

Learning skills by yourself without a walkthrough. If you get stuck on a certain technique or need to see the inputs for something, learn that. I feel the self taught stuff will be your bread and butter as you can pull those off more "casually".
