ITT: comfy as fuck, 0 stress, don't worry about a thing, pretty easy, goddamn i feel warm inside games
>>4076982
Goddamn am I getting sick of the word "comfy" getting thrown around in seemingly every thread now.
>>4077002
these games actually are comfy & relaxing though
>>4076985
ehhh, this game is kind of cringy desu
the English songs are pretty terrible
also the battle system is slow, the dungeon design is nonexistent
you know what, the game sucks
>>4076982
>>4076982
I've never played this but I really enjoyed Year of the Dragon.
I was worrying trying to find the dragons in the castle and tree levels.
>>4077004
comfy is such a blanket word, getting fucked in the ass can be comfy for you
>>4079921
You should have, one of the first levels the dark hollow have such magical atmosphere.
Absolute comfyness.

Also, Spyro 2 become a bit more developed as a game and because of that some of the charm was lost or rather replaced with different kind of charm.
Spyro 3 put too many side characters and cpt Bird is ok as well as Sheila but they dont play as well as Spyro.
In that regard Spyro 1 is better as well since you get to play as spyro all the time.
>>4079986
Very funny.
>>4077021
>ehhh, this game is kind of cringy desu
>desu
Pot calling the kettle black.
>>4080008
>metal armor is fireproof
It was the same in 3. I love videogame logic.
Yeah, it looks good. I'll definitely try it. Do all the levels have a specific theme? That was part of what gave 3 its charm.
>>4076982
>0 stress, don't worry about a thing, pretty easy, goddamn i feel warm inside
>>4082141
desu is a word filter, senpai
>>4082261
What is this? The google image search doesn't find it.
>>4077525
Oh the intro video, it instantly makes me so comfy and warm inside. Just wanna plop down on a sofa just thinking about it.
>>4082429
Spend a good hour or so trying to 100% this level. Those supercharge ramps are tricky to figure out to chain together.
Not really a game.
But still incredibly relaxing.
>>4082429
honestly I didn't have a problem with this level at all
not sure why everyone bitches about it, the supercharges are pretty easy to figure out if you just look around
>>4083002
Yeah man, it's no big deal, I beat it in 5 second flat.
also my dad works for nintendo lol
I feel this way for most gb/gba games
>>4082868
What is this game called? Looks comfy as fuck but reverse image searches and looking up official LEGO games isn't helping.
>>4083880
Well, I actually googled up lego town game pc (resolution is too hight to be anything but PC)
And chose image search, first image looked like it, apparently its called lego loco
>>4079956
blankets are comfy
>>4080008
The sheep sound when you pick the gems always bugged me. I have to replay this because my game always froze at some random level that I don't remember. It was pretty fun anyway.
>>4076982
>>4082841
better image
>>4083002
literally all you have to do is follow the bandits and they'll take you wherever you need to go with no trouble whatsoever
>>4076982
Sly Cooper, desu.
>>4084528
>"iyashikei" (literally "healing")
I am beginning to think that Japanese creative people simply have a better practical understanding of psychology than us Westerners. Or at least they know better how to indulge themselves.
>>4086634
2 > 1 > 3
>>4086634
>comfy is a code word for boring
lol ok.
>>4086637
This guy knows.
>>4076982
I bet Spyro Scaly Trilogy is next after Crash N'Sane Trilogy
I'm still salty that we aren't getting a third
>>4089442
It's you who's to blame for not doing your part, you know...
>>4076982
Comfy = boring
>>4076982
Panzer Dragon Saga
Any Shining Force game, too.
>>4084232
That game is hard as fuck if your white though...
>>4089692
>that game is hard as fuck if your white though
laughed out loud good to this,
>>4089692
Or if played on emulators because of input lag.
>>4092125
I heard modern accurate emulators fixed that.
>>4092136
I hope so, because it was literally unplayable.

This is the best song from Spyro 1, it's the first thing I think of from the game. Also of note is the hub themes in Spyro 2.
>>4082141
Spotted the newfag.
>>4076982
It might be stripped down compared to other SimCity games, but the soundtrack and presentation makes this game maximum comfy.
My first comfy, never knew before this feel before.
>>4089460
Face it, modern Capcom would've done that even if they got ten million supporters because of their stupidly high expectations for everything they do.
Plus, they're trying to kill Mega Man anyway, so...
>>4084528
>Alternate title: MY BIG OLD LIST OF JAPSHIT
Comfy everything, just listen to the soundtrack on youtube and enjoy the everlasting bliss.
>>4093947
...They all look comfy to me, Anon. :/ Haven't even heard of half of 'em and can see that.
>>4093797
My nigger.
Been meaning to play this again recently
>>4086684
>not spyro treasure trove
>>4094020
This guy knows.
>>4076982
Know it's not retro, but still
Pilot wings 64. Playing the Birdman challenge on the cloudy stage. Maximum comfort. Also that soundtrack. Goddamn boi.
>>4082141
first day on 4chan?
>>4095381
Considering the post was about a week ago I'd say more like his seventh now.
>>4095370
Looks like Rock Lee ripped off wings with ass and legs of Kazooie and now about to commit 64/11
>>4076982
Original spyro was too easy, empty and boring imho. I just started playing it again after 12 years and it didn't age well at all. Spyro 2 aged perfectly, the environments and music were perfect.

LOVE the fun summer atmosphere that this game gives off.
And I could listen to that carousel music for hours on end.
>>4095932
>t.mr.Bones.
>>4095883
Actually, when I was a kid, I gave up on one of the levels in the pencil area because at one point I didn't know where I need to go. A couple of years ago I finished the game when I replayed my entire PS1 collection, but nothing other than it's music is comfy after band land.
>>4095949
Blue Mountains and Skops' Cave is gorgeous, you shut your whore mouth.
>>4095947
>I wanna get off Mr. Bone's Wild Ride
>>4093945

This game was so comfy. And Solatorobo (The DSi pseudo sequel) was comfy as balls as well.
>>4082250
Not >>4080008 but Spyro 1 is different than 2 and 3 in that it's not that every single level has its own theme. Each main homeworld (like, say, Midday Gardens in 3) has a specific theme and that theme is carried over all that homeworld's levels. For example, in the swamp world all levels take place in swamp areas with trees, huts and temples, like pic related. You might think it's boring, but each level manages to feel like its own little world. The result feels very cohesive and actually highlights the adventure feeling of the game.
Spyro 1 is the patrician's choice of Spyro games. Not a perfect game by any means, but one with an atmosphere I never found in any other game. I started with Spyro 3 as well, then got to 2 and then to 1, and I realized that 1 was the Spyro experience at its purest.
>>4103169
I honestly prefer 2 over 1. It just has better music and better designed worlds and levels. And sparx isn't a lazy bastard when picking up gems.
>>4102784
Most people only ever played the demo of this. I can guarantee since sales were low but it was on several demo discs.
