What is your favorite favorite retro Yoshi game? Mine is Yoshi's Island.
Super Mario World.
Mario Party. I mean it has yoshi in it does that count.

What about Tetris attack and Yoshi's Cookie

Protagonist, yes. Favorite game? Nope.
Something about Yoshi's Island is just so good. I think it's the art-style and gameplay. All Yoshi games since don't appeal to me style-wise.

I feel ya on that.
Been playing Smw2 recently, world 5 onward is so fucking salt inducing. I'm not sure if I like it.
Tetris Attack is the only one I ever liked.
Super Mario World is the only truly good game featuring Yoshi. The character died as soon as he got his own game.
But Yoshi's Safari is pretty neat I guess.

Tetris Attack.

At least post Retro Yoshi Art Work instead of that giant handed faggot with the turtle shell instead of a saddle.
If Yoshi doesn't have dinosaur arms, you know the game is going to be terrible.

Yoshi's Cookie
i like super mario world (nes)
Super Smash Bros.
Super Mario World and Tetris Attack
Yoshi's Island is overrated garbage.
Yoshi's Island for sure.
But I also want to mention Yoshi, the puzzle game. Not to be confused with Yoshi's Cookies, just regular Yoshi aka Yoshi no tamago, the one developed by Game Freak.
It's actually kind of underrated, the egg gimmick is a nice change for this type of games, as is the double-column movement. I remember renting this one for my famiclone as a kid and being disappointed, not because it was a bad game, but because I was expecting something like SMW, or at least a platformer with Yoshi, but it was a puzzle game and I was stuck with it with nobody to play with, but played it again recently on multiplayer and it's addictive as crack.
