How does /vr/ store their controllers? Do you just toss them into a box or a closet? Do you keep them in bags?
I once saw here on /vr/ a diy stand made for placing controllers, that was the coolest solution I've ever seen for the problem.

Adjustable velcro straps to manage cables, and then a cabinet/drawer to keep the dust off. But I'm a slob anyways so I leave shit out for days if I'm playing through a game and my most used controllers are grungy because I don't wash my hands.

I have a few drawers I keep stuff in depending on how often I use it. Most of my stuff is boxed up and packed away. It's cool to have shit like mahjong controllers and what not but it's not like I'm going to use them much. I don't put things in bags or tie up the cables. Doing this is terrible for long term storage.

Two baskets. One by the consoles with 1 controller per console and another for the rest.

It's an inside joke only anons who have been here multiple summers would get.

I actually have all my stuff in bins. 1 Bin per console.
Every cord is individually bagged for my autism. Keeps it clean, keeps them from getting tangled. Just grab what I need for the bin, hook it up, play it, when I'm done re-bag everything and put it back in the bin to move onto the next thing.

Aside from autism is there any reason to bag a controllers cord? I guess maybe it keeps it sort of in place until you move anything and it falls out of the bag?
