Unless someone finds a way to patch Saturn disc games from the memory card I doubt there will be any interest in Japanese visual novel discs from most potential buyers, and I don't think such a thing is technologically possible. Text-heavy Japanese games are a very niche market, and if it's a story-based game it has little to no value unless you know the language.
