Played through it. It just takes time, everything you learned through the first play through is thrown out the window since enemies are radically different.

Most kirby games get really hard at some point, but they'll always be labeled as babbie games by casuals.

In Kirby's Dream Land it was worth playing Extra Mode because it either replaces enemies or has pre-existing enemies have new moves and new patterns so the only things that actually stay similar are possibly enemy placement and level design. How you approach the game is radically different now since you cannot play it like you did on the first mode and have to be more careful.

Love this game. Was my first GB game.

Hard mode should been unlocked by default and chooseable in the main menu imo. That would have shut up everyone.

I didn't know it was a extra game back then, I thought it was a simple reset. I wish I could try this extra game on my dead game boy (rip)

Meh. The only reason it's harder is that you only get 3 HP. Other than that, it's not much more difficult.
