The game is a Megaman game. It is beyond import-friendly.

This was Inafune's first game as producer. He had his art protoge Kaiji hired as director. Hiring an artist for a director isn't the best decision and teh results show.

Love this game.

It's totally possible to beat without knowing moonspeak.

However there is a bit of story. The good thing is that you'll have the anime cutscene in the language they're supposed to be watched on, the bad thing is that there is no subtitles, so you'll have to watch them on youtube and check screenshots or a FAQ for the shop.
