I've been playing around with DOSBox and found it's surprisingly easy to use
What are some good DOS games to try out?

Elder Scrolls Arena

It's free and recommends DOSBox

OpenXCom would be better for this than DOSBox, though

THIS. Give us some information about yourself otherwise you could've just gone to google with your question.
Jill of the Jungle series is bretty good.
Has anyone else played this gem?
Not to hijack OP's thread, but are there any guides to programming for MS-DOS? I have some experience in C++ (structured and object based), and I tried setting up Turbo C++ compiler for DOS but I couldn't get my #include files to work. Also, suggestions for graphics libraries?
To stay on topic, as someone already said, TES: Arena is a fun one, but really buggy. I know the map is dynamic and there are lots of spots you can be trapped, so make sure to savescum.
MechWarrior comes to mind as well, but I haven't played it in many many years.

MechWarrior 2 (31st Century Combat, Ghost Bear's Legacy, and Mercenaries). Terra Nova - Strikeforce Centauri. Dark Forces. TES II - Daggerfall. Wing Commander - Privateer. Might & Magic (series). Heroes of Might & Magic I. Master of Orion II. You get the idea.

>its another "what dos games are good" thread
we have like 3 of these a week
"The only good pirate is a dead pirate, eh Mu 1?"
>tfw you're lugging sacks of florins through the city gate and talk your way out of a 3 pfennig toll
AKA Halloween Harry. One of the best game intro theme songs.
I honestly love Sid Miers Covert action. I play it with my brother and get drunk and we enjoy the hell out of our time.
Monkey Island
Ascendincy. Kknd. Commander keen.
