Does the FourScore fit into the AV Famicom, or is the distance between the two plugs different?
Looks like it.

Anyone who have both that can test?

The Four Score and the Satellite are not compatible with 4-player Famicom games without modding it. You have to use the expansion port instead. You can only use them for 4-player NES games.

I'm well aware that they work in a completely different way, I want to know this for the sake of games that support the FourScore.

I'm pretty sure they work on the Famicom A/V.

Well, just the slightest difference in the distance between the port will make it not fit. It would be awesome if someone has both and can test.

Both the NES Satellite and Four Score can fit in the AV Famicom controller slots. However, unless you mod the P2 slot by soldering the two power pins from the expansion port to the P2 port you will only be able to play with controllers in slots 1 and 2 on the Satelitte and FourScore

Ah, sorta like the zapper then. A bit surprising, I thought it used the same pins as the controllers. I have an adapter for plugging in NES controllers in the expansion port, that might make it work, it works with the zapper.
