What's the most underrated point and click/adventure title?
Pic related.
Blade Runner.

Any cobra soft game because they were mostly only released in our glorious camembert land.

I got the new steam version of Noctropolis, and it's kinda disappointing. I was expecting something like Harvester, or at least something like Tex Murphy, but the game feels more like a slideshow than anything. Most of the items blend on the background and you can't even walk around the screen like in any other point & click adventure game. You can't even experiment with the items, you can only use them in the right situation and that's no fun.
The only thing keeping the player going is to see the artwork in the next screen.

Blade Runner nails the aesthetics and has some great features like getting to use the ESPER, but it's also kind of a crappy game with a ton of pixel-hunting and poking around doing random things until the game lets you advance the plot. Some of the action sequences later in the game can be pretty janky too.

Maybe he meant the spin-off Snatcher?

Obsidian.
Normality. I think it's a fine point&click game, and it's pretty unique in sense that the whole game is in first person. The graphics are pretty neat too. The only problem I have with this game is how unfinished and rushed it feels. It is a full complete game, but there are lots of thing that feel *off*. Lots of red herring, main character referring to something that is obviously not right (ie. some character's clothing).
Also, it has this eerie spooky feeling of emptiness when you go outside. The kind of eerie quietness and emptiness that will make you feel paranoid about your surroundings.
