Mean Bean Machine is ok but I don't see a reason to play this or Kirby's Avalanche over the original Puyo Puyo on GG, Gen or SNES.

Ironically, game is actually really good (even if it has nothing to do with the cartoon), because it's a version of one of the best Elevator Action games out there, second only to the Elevator Action 2. Too bad you Yanks never got unadulterated release of EX.
(Mind you, EX is a slightly better game than Robot Rampage, because it has an actual story, and it's easier to tell what is a difference between e.g. a shotgun and a SMG than between two random rayguns).
