EVO just received a very nice fan translation not too long ago.

Although it's all in japanese, you have the better version of Shiryu Sensen: War of the Dead Part 2 as well (action-horror game). Only the MSX version is translated, and that is beyond choppy (you move as fast as your bullets).

Shit man, what kind of games you looking for and how much Japanese you know? 46 Okunen Monogatari (E.V.O.) is a good one to start with if you're into RPGs and have little Japanese knowledge since it was fan translated.

There's also a bunch of action games like Rusty or Totsugeki Mix (same developer) that are pretty damn good, if difficult. Rusty's getting translated though, so might hold back on it if you want the story when you play.
