Well, it's obviously a niche poorly fit for GB. You need 2–4 carts and a link cable. That'd look more like a gathering of nerds than a party

Don't remember if they were for the game boy or the game boy color, but my two favorites that stand out in memory were Revelations: The Demon Slayer and Survival Kids.
The best way to enjoy GB mulitplayer is with the Super Game Boy and if you are already using a SNES, why not just play SNES games.
