TL;DR: HOW THE FUCK DO I GET THIS TO RUN ON WINDOWS 7!?
It's Windows 3.1/95 compatible but I can't run it in compatibility mode because I can't get the damn thing to install in the first place.
Does anyone have any idea on how I can play this damn game?
Pls respond, I NEED to play this fucking game.

Have you tried a virtual machine?

What would you suggest? I had installed something (I think it was an Oracle program) I deleted it though because I couldn't figure out how to use it.

Yeah, Virtualbox that's the one.
If it's a 16 bit installer, this might help: http://www.reactos.org/forum/viewtopic.php?f=22&t=10988

Vmware Player. Virtualbox has high latency.

I want neo-/vr/ to leave

Install Microsoft's "Windows XP Mode" and run it in that. As long as you don't need 3D acceleration, you will be fine.

These are not difficult instructions. Get past your fear of big words and acronyms and you'll find it's a simple step-by-step listing. If you don't know it, look it up.
