I recently bought myself a Super Famicom for my PAL TV and I'm having problems with vertical jittering (if that's the correct term). I tried googling the problem, but I couldn't find a solution since everyone seems to be having different kind of jittering based on their descriptions. Could this be caused because of my TV being shit and not being able to process the NTSC console output, or just because the resolution is 240p? Could some cheapo SCART to HDMI upscaler fix this?
I'll include an example video in the next post.
Example of the problem. I can try to get better video if needed.
NTSC is a different standard, it doesn't make a tv better or worse not to be able to use it. It could not work at all and still be a great tv.

should have bought a PAL SNES and put a 60hz switch in it
glorious PAL60 instead of garbage NTSC

could be bad caps, needing a cap replacement

I tested the console on a friends TV and there were no issues. Also works perfectly on a CRT.

maybe you got an early 2chip-snes which has shit video-quality compared to the later 1chip-snes.
