Where can i get RE2 and 3 on pc that work on Windows 10 and are

Higher res is shit with these games. You will have hi-res polygon models in 240p prerendered environments. It just looks putrid. The best way to play these is through Retroarch with the Mednafen PSX core and a CRT shader. The prerendered backgrounds contributed to these games aging very badly.

The PC versions have RE2 and 3 have higher res backgrounds too. The Jap rerelease also have higher res, smoother FMVs.
