I don't think so, it's a 1997 kinda obscure ps1 game, when i tried to search for it even searching only for the ost without piracy intentions it was hitting only archive sites that have info about it and that's it.

Yep just found a physical, never even considered search for amazon.jp, but physical doesn't help me, not from USA, if i tried to import this it would be barred on customs and taxed with a 80% "fuck you pay me" on top of it.

Grab a good dump of the game (a redump one) and use jpsxdec to rip the music, you won't have the 38 tracks because 7 of them are extras but the other 31 are there.

Have you tried 4shared? I've found a TON of rare stuff there, simply because its so disorganized that nobody can find anything to issue a takedown notice. You can try searching the CD's catalog number and hope that it gets a filename hit.
