Because you're a coprophile and unironically enjoy shitty games. MM5 is almost unanimously agreed to be the worst NES Mega Man, and the only redeeming quality it has is the graphics.

I think the first one is the worst because of the bug in iceman stage. But 5 should have been better

Boring streamlined level design. Straight lines, straight lines, straight lines.

Overpowered charge mechanic. On top of that, every enemy is boss is designed around it in mind. As a result, most of the game revolves around a single thing: the charge, locking the player out of other possibilities.

Boring enemy and bosses patterns. Also too easy.

Stage gimmicks introduced, only not to be used like they could or should be.

I don't hate it. It's just that it feels rushed, as shown by rush coil itself which can be finnicky, and it doesn't have the tight design and gameplay that you can find in 1 to 4. Instead it really feels like they quickly wanted to push another entry in the series before they thought anyone would forget about the NES. It's a not a bad game per se but a waste of potential.
