Amiga 500 is the best version overall. FM Towns has excellent visuals and the best music but has major hitbox issues.

It LOOKS incredible for the time and like Anon said it has great music but the mechanics are a mess. Tore up from the floor up. If this all-aesthetics kind of game is what you're looking for though I definitely recommend the Amiga version largely because it'll teach you Amiga emulation and that platform is lousy with them.
