I feel like I should expand on my earlier statement here.

I haven't heard anything good about After Years, which bums me out because I'm a raging FF4 fanboy. 20 years ago I would have killed for a direct sequel to FF4. Naturally I'm pretty pissed off that FF4:AY has proven to be such a disappointment, even to people like me who wear top-of-the-line nostalgiagoggles and who are more than willing to forgive the flaws of 16-bit-era JRPGs.

After Years and Interlude or whatever it's called are just retreads of IV. Get off your Butz and go play V
