None, I do constructive things because the lack of those things is what generally causes the depression in the first place.

This. It's really hard to be sad when I'm looking at blue skies and fast cars, and Magical Sound Shower's playing in the background.

Depends on how depressed I am and if I want to try to break out of it.

If I'm slightly depressed/upset and I just want to brood for a few hours: Gran Turismo 1 or 2.
If I'm just despondent and want to crawl into a hole and die: Tetris or RTC2.
If I'm depressed but I want to will myself out of it: Spyro 1 or 2.

Shmups in general. Very easy to just pick up and start playing, so if I'm feeling down and not like doing anything, I usually play those.

If I get destroyed by the game it doesn't help my mood, but doing well actually makes me feel a little better.
