The picture was a old jpgwith artifacts, and since OP re-encoded it as a png the file size went up.

The ROM has almost certainly been removed now though.
4chan scrubs metadata and hidden files from images now because of the .bmp/.js incident.
This is also why phone pucs wind up sideways.
