Please, help me find a game, /vr/.
It was an old sidescrolling game, with a blonde guy as the main character. He was the only human character, I remember an ice stage too.
It's not Wonder Boy but here is a pic of it.

Don't remember the platform, played it on a emulator on PC when I was a kid. One of the stages had spikes coming from the floor and the ceilling. That's all I can remember.

It's an old arcade/sega game called "Wonder Boy" it was later ported and created into the Adventure Island game and series

It is a WonderBoy game, yes, but it isn't the original and does fit your description.
