How big would a complete PSX/Saturn iso collection end up being? I want to catch them all. Any place with a cohesive full list anywhere? The numbers are all over the place specially for PS1.
I suppose it would depend on how many regional variations you want to buy, as well as how stupid you are.

Saturn would be about 600GB, maybe 700. Start with this https://archive.org/details/SgaStrnCmplt and then fill in the games not included.

Saturn 10 DVDs
PSX 69 DVDs
The storage format is not optimum for obvious reasons, but gives a general, albeit high estimate for total capacity.

It really depends on how you define complete. One region? Only region exclusives? All versions from all regions? Demos?
I have a fairly complete Saturn set. I don't say it's 100% but I have a lot of obscure Jap games you won't find in the sets regularly posted here. It's just under 400GB compressed.
PS1 is going to be a lot bigger. Just my US stuff is roughly 500GB.

Ok anon I just ate Xmas dinner and I'm felling generous. I just checked on my bt tracker and here's the stats you want. The redump.org Saturn collection is 466GB. A USA only Saturn set is around 85GB
For Playstation: redump.org Europe is 826GB, redump Asia is 730GB and redump USA is 455GB.
And just for fun here is Dreamcast: the TOSEC Dreamcast set is 597GB and the redump.org set is 256GB.

ROM hoarding. If you don't have every version of every game on your drive you don't even deserve to call yourself an autist.
