Vectorman 2 is the best
Pulseman, Ristar, Streets of Rage 2, Phantasy Star 4, Strider, Shining Force 2, Mega Man: The Wily Wars, Rocket Knight Adventures, Contra Hard Corps, Castlevania Bloodlines and Gunstar Heroes were also top tier
