How are you playing it? I remember hearing that some models of PS2 have issues when you set the disc read speed to fast for Crash 2 and 3. Doing so causes the games to crash.

I replayed this game for the first time in more than 10 years and managed to 100% it for the first time as well. Feels good. I feel like I enjoyed it more than I did back then too. Brio is the best boy.
