Did PC-98 games come with music? How could you find out

Very early systems only had beeper sound and games for them don't support more.
Later you had a plethora of sound cards with varying support from games. Sometimes you have a setup to choose which to use.

One of the few reasons.

I am toying around with other obscure titles i.e. cruise chaser however. Seems that the typical configurations do not work with it sadly, but neither is there a compatibility chart somewhere for each emulator.

Could also just be a lack of google-fu though.

Post settings. Also is your sound card set to the 9801-86? It should be compatible with most games.
