IIT: Gems that seem to have been completely forgotten.
Ive never met anybody who has ever played this game before, but I loved the hell out of it when I was a kid.
I got it as a kid from a neighbor and haven't met anyone else with one.
That's strange, because I also got it from a neighbor as a kid and loved the hell out of it. I guess we are all the same special little snowflake.
Pretty sure that game is expensive as shit.
My neighbour owned this game and let me borrow it. It was pretty fun from what I remembered, good combat, fun OST.

It's retarded expensive. Literally the Genesis equivalent of Earthbound.

Ex Ranza

Except you can still find repros of it for under 5 dollars while Earthbound repros don't go for lower then 40.
>>3583356
That depends entirely on the seller and how well it's made.

What the hell is up with these neighbors?

Knowing the game's ending, they were probably all the same guy, time traveling and trying to change the world, one game at a time.
When I was a kid, I lent that game to my neighbor and never gotten it back from that dickhole.
I loved the game, tho.
Got stuck on this for so long because I did not realize you could pick up the armadillo.

For stuff up to that point I would just face away from gaps and put the armadillo in place that way. Using the cheetah for speed and long jumping would be enough to make up for the poor placement.
>be 15
>worked the whole summer mowing the lawn and shit at my neighbor's house while they were out on vacation
>got 60$ from him after they returned
>finally went and bought 'crusader of centy'
>spent the last day before school playing the shit out of the game
>got sleepy and called it a day when I reached the animals' village on the beach
>next day at school
>longest day in my life
>couldn't await coming home to continue my game
>finally came home
>found that my faggot brother lent the game to the very neighbor I worked the whole summer for!
This is what you faggots get for knowing your neighbors. I still dont know anything about the people who live near my house.
Back in 1994, I sold the game for 50$.
My son ripped it off the neighbor's kid, after I gave that kid 50$ for mowing my lawn, while we had a good time in Brazil.
Haha, I always saved a lot of money by cheating this gullible fool.
Crusader of Centy is the game I can never forget, mostly because of the obsessive lawn mowing for gold coins.
wonderful game, OP.
replayed it awhile ago and was shocked that I managed to play through it in like two days; what seemed to me as incrdibly epic game as a kid
still one of the best zelda clones, perhaps not better gameplay overall but certainly a better and deeper story, with the back and forth of different timelines and so on. the atmosphere was outright melancholic sometimes and the music was absolutely wonderful
