Magical Taruruuto-kun, a neat and cute anime based platformer made by Game Freak and Sega. Easy difficulty aside (almost Super Mario World tier, imo), it's a very good game.

Noobow for the GB, a cute little graphical adventure game. Apparently the character's a Japanese candy mascot, but you don't really need to know Japanese to play it.

Nectaris. Despite being the best strategy game for the Turbo, it has been mostly ignored by the newer SRPG fans. The game is on par with the best entries in the Advance Wars franchise.

I've posted about Wizard (and Ultimate Wizard) on the C64 a few times on /vr/ throughout the years. but I've never seen a post about it but mine.

Its a better Jumpman then Jumpman could hope to be.

I second Drakan. Ending of the first one was BS though, and the second only came out on PS2 with ridiculously dumbed down combat system and retarded control sscheme.

Also Severance: Blade of Darkness though barely retro (2001) is probably best slasher out there.
