I've been running the Analog Shader Pack from their forums. http://libretro.com/forums/showthread.php?t=6577 Plenty of TVs to choose from. Arcade monitors and RGB TVs in particular look nice, but there's enough shaders in that pack to simulate whatever TV you want. Highly recommend.
