People seem really divided on it. I like it a lot, there's really nothing else quite like it on the platform. Interested to hear opinions though.

It's an acquired taste. I like it though. It's really unique and interesting considering that everything else is pushing the NES to its limits.

I don't know if it's fair since that game uses a special chip in the cartridge to almost double the amount of audio channels.
