>tfw you suck really bad at retro games
>tfw you have anger issues and can get furious with the flip of a switch
>tfw you really want to play retro 8/16-bit games
What do I do?
Start with something easier, like Final Fantasy or LoZ: LttP.
And learn to control your anger.
Realize how fruitless your anger is.
Clear your mind and calm down.
Analyze the situation. What made you angry? Now what actually made you angry? How do you solve this?

Play kids games.
You seem like a manchild anyway.
SNES games are mostly easy.

I laughed. Thanks mate.
git gud

get therapy.

Isolate yourself with a game, remove all distractions and leave yourself nothing else to do but practice and get better.

I'm sorry to inform that you must git gud.
But you should try with games that you really want to beat. Pick the one with your favorite character or something and play nonstop till you get it done!

That depends on the mind of the player.
Most of the time I get frustrated, then angry... then I begin to get more and more nervous about beating the obstacles and play till I get it done.

Why do you want to play something you don't enjoy and that makes you angry? That's what you should be asking yourself.
>>3435539
Who said I didn't enjoy them?
>>3435581
I guess stock up on controllers and CRTs so you can just plug in another after your fits. Retro games are good for this because they're cheap.
Just try to resist the urge to get the cartridge as they're getting pretty pricey and would probably be the least satisfying to smash
>>3435581
You suck at them and they make you angry. Most normal people don't enjoy things they're terrible at and that make them angry. Maybe you have other mental problems?

I have ASD.
Everytime you lose and want to get angry, do 15 pushups, 50 situps, and stretch for 60 seconds. Do one, or all depending on your time.
Burn that anger into progress my friend
>>3435656
This is 4chan, everyone here has ASD.
>>3435656
Excuses, excuses
>>3435656
All the more reason why you should look critically at how you spend your time and avoid those activities that lead you to frustration and anger.

You're the one that asked.

I actually didn't, that was my first post in this thread
And this is my second
Try a more comfy game like Harvest Moon for SNES.
It's pretty laid back, you only get evaluated at the end so you don't get told you're a loser every 20 seconds like a platformer.
