Why isn't there a drag and drop type thing like OpenEmu or Boxer on Windows? That's bullshit.

EmulationStation is a pain in the ass to set up for the first time, at least on linux. (If you use windows go kill yourself).

Once it's all set up though it's pretty nice. You can set it to launch on startup so it looks and feels like a "console".

EmuStation is pretty but... kinda... basic? I mean, its just the scrapper and the list. A pretty list, don't get me wrong, but i miss some of the features of other frontends like art downloader or video previews and etcetera

I used to use Hyperspin but it's a pig to set up and it's pretty bloated.

Launchbox now does coverflow of a sort and the Hyperspin wheel style so it's an ok successor.

Have a look at its youtube videos and see for yourself.
