For games that rely on dip switches, there's a dip switch menu in MAME after you open up the game. For stuff like Neo Geo or CPS2, you'll have to access the game's system menu.

I was using FBA on xbox 360 and on the arcade options it had easy, hard, game mode etc
When I enter the dip switch menu it doesn't have that stuff
