GC version is good because it has no jittery 3D models but apart from that I like the PC version much better. Can you even skip door animations on GC?

You can skip regular ingame cutscenes, but I never bothered trying to skip door animations.

You can skip cutscenes in every version, including PS1. AFAIK you can only skip doors on PC, which with the absence of loading times between camera angles, makes it play very smoothly.

The emulated GC version is the version that looks the best. The PC version was released earlier and there's no proper remake yet, so until something better comes out it looks fine.
