God tier party games? I'm at my friends house and we got emulators and were looking for some fun lesser known party games with for four people or less. Any system is fine

It's a love it or hate it game, but Fortune Street is top-tier for this. I recommend the wii version simply because a bunch of the retro versions don't have 4-player support, also it's in English. Aside from that, almost all the series games are identical from what I can tell.

mother fucking bomberman
If you have a 3do, I recommend this. It is just as weird as it sounds and me and my friends like to play when getting smashed just to gawp at its obscurity.
Dokapon Kingdom (which is a remake of Dokapon 3-2-1 for SFC which makes it retro by /vr/ standards)
The Dokapon series in general is baller but I'm pretty sure Kingdom is the only one that was ever released in English. In fact there are a fuck ton of awesome party games that never left Japan.

Tower Dream on SNES. If you know how to play Monopoly and Acquire then you can figure it out.
M.U.L.E. on NES is absolutely spectacular and you should play it immediately.
If you've never played Bomberman then give Saturn Bomberman, Bomberman '94, or Super Bomberman 5 a try.
Fire Striker on SNES is also recommended.
Nekketsu Kakutou Densetsu on NES is basically 8-bit Smash Bros and you should play it immediately.
The Japanese version of Super Dodge Ball on NES (I can't remember the Japanese title) has a 4 player Bean Ball Mode. Awesome game.
Crash n the Boys Street Challenge is best with 4 people and recommended.

Mario Party 2 is my standard, recently got Gauntlet 2 on NES and am getting four score for that next. Sonic Shuffle was underwhelming but serviceable. Lego Racers is gtreat on N64 also, serving as a good runner up to Kart that I don't own, plus everyone gets to build their racer.
I also like turning on the 2600 and tossing a controller in an unsuspecting friends lap to play something they've never seen before, we actually got into Combat for a while recently.
