So... i got some really crappy games so i could replace the shells on some of my games, pic related is what tyey look like after leaving them all night on a solution of windex and laundry soap.
Clean them with a brush and thats the best i could get.
Does peroxide rreally work on those stains?

The problem with peroxide as a mild bleach is how thin it is and that it needs to be acted on by air and uv (sun) light to really do the job. You could brush the peroxide on it over and over but professional lighteners (RetroBrite, blonde hair "dye") thicken it into a paste. There are recipes online.

Wouldn't Peroxide just bleach the shells out to a whitish-grey? It probably wouldn't look quite right since snes carts are more of a bluish-grey typically.

Nah. The color of the plastic goes much deeper than the discoloration. You just monitor the progress and try to keep it even overall.
